Chardonnay
Cold fermented in steel and oak aged.  Crisp, reminiscent of ripe autumn apples with a toasty finish.  Versatile. Enjoy with variety of poultry and pasta dishes. Dry.

Elegant Rhone wine with its distinctive floral bouquet and tangy Asian pear finish is great paired with dark poultry meats and Italian pastas.  Dry

Landmark White
A light sipping wine. A floral nose with crisp pear taste and hints of apricot. Complements most foods, especially seafood and poultry.  Our favorite with primavera. Dry.

Gewurztraminer
A naturally spicy wine bursting with intense fruit. Delightful when chilled and served with soft cheese, fruit, or Linzer torte. Semi-dry.

Sweet Briar Rose
An elegant blush with a sweet, fruity nose and strawberry finish.  Makes a perfect picnic wine. Semi-sweet.

Riesling
The quintessential sweet summertime wine, peach and melon bouquet. Enjoy with pork, pasta, chicken, and Swiss cheese. A sweet sipping wine.

Autumn Glow
The color is reminiscent of fall sunsets over the vineyard. This distinctive blend of Riesling and reds is delicious, evoking cinnamon and other spice flavors. Great with a cheese, baguette slice and fruit appetizer.

Blended white vinefera with vanilla blossom bouquet and candied apple finish.

Landmark Dessert
Made entirely of peaches, tastes like a sweet, white peach. Drizzle it over ice cream or pound cake! Desert.

Sweet Sofia
An herbal-flavored wine. A Bulgarian recipe  presented by Rebec Vineyards' winemaker, Svetlozar Kanev. It is just right for sipping, or as an after-dinner treat. A 'niche' wine for special occasions, it also goes well with Cajun, Mexican, Oriental, and Indian cuisine.

Pinot Noir
The classic red Burgundy grape with aromas of cherry and black currant Lush and silky with a dark plum finish. Best paired with crusted salmon or Chateaubriand. Dry.

Merlot
A delicately balanced soft wine, rich and earthy nose; very easy to sip by itself, or in combination with a butter-tender filet mignon. Toasty with hints of juniper berries. Dry.

Carbernet Franc
Strong black walnut notes with wild berry subtleties. Pairs with rich meat and poultry. Dry.

Landmark Reserve
A rich blend of Spanish and Portuguese varietals. A full-bodied wine, heady with spicy, black cherry aromas. Superb finish. A great complement to lamb cutlets.  Dry.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Firm, medium-bodied wine, berry aromatics with a lingering peppery/warming  finish. Best served with beef roast, venison or carpaccio.  Dry.
